  • Which countries are not currently receiving shipments from Brasil?
    So far we know that Australia and Colombia are not receiving shipments from us. If you have ordered from one of theses countries you will receive an email from me notifiyng you of that and will be updated in case anything changes. All orders are being safely kept by me and will be shipped as soon as possible :)
  • What are the available payment methods?
    For international clients you can pay via Paypal, which requires a paypal account or via a Paypal invoice, which do not require an account! The PayPal Invoice offers several ways of paying, such as credit or debit card, bank account, PayPal balance or PayPal Credit Financing.
  • Where do you ship from?
    For now, I produce and ship orders from São Paulo - SP, Brasil!
  • Which website do I use my tracking number?
    I personally reccommend 17track since it's one of the most complete websites with several translations.
  • Why isn't my tracking number being updated?
    It may take some time after shipment for the tracking number to be updated while in Brasil — but worry not, it will update every step of the way until it leaves the country. Have in mind, however, that some countries, like the United States of America, do not update the tracking number once it reaches them. I have no clue why this happens and it's completely out of my hands. I do recommend that you order with the tracking number either way so that way even if the tracking number isn't being updated, you can always ask about it in you local post office!
  • I ordered a while ago! Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
    All orders are sent at the same time as it is made clear everytime I open shop. If the deadline has passed and you haven't received an email saying it was shipped then I either haven't had the time to send the tracking numbers yet or your country isn't receiving orders from my country anymore — if so, you will be notified via email.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet! What should I do?
    First, check how long has it been since it was shipped! Unfortunately, international orders tend to take quite some time to be delivered :( That being said, if it has been longer than the estimated time, send me an email on kukkiiashop@gmail.com (with your order number as the subject) and we can look into a refund or a reshipment! Don't forget to check the Terms And Conditions!
  • COVID-19 MEASURES
    Everything is properly cleaned and I use a mask during the entire process of production and packaging. Orders may experience some delay due to COVID-19. As it is written in my Terms And Conditions, after your order is shipped it is, unfortunately, out of my hands. Thank you for understanding!
